How do I order a custom tumbler?
Custom ordering is easy! Contact me either before or after you checkout. We can go over design ideas, color choices and personalization. I will give you specific info on a timeline for the completion of your custom order. Custom orders will be completed in the order in which they are received. Turnaround is generally about 4 weeks but may be slightly longer or shorter depending on order volume.
How do I order a custom T-shirt?

When will my order ship?
Custom tumblers usually have a standard turnaround time of 4 weeks. It sometimes runs a little longer or a little shorter depending on order volume. You can check the very top of the page for an up to date message regarding custom order scheduling and turnaround times.
T-shirts are made to order. I order T-shirts on the 1st of the month and again on the 15th of the month. T-shirts will have a 2-3 week turnaround time depending on when you place your order.
Items labeled "Ready To Ship "will ship within two business days.
All orders will include a tracking number.
What if I need my order sooner?
I do have limited RUSH spots available for custom tumblers. Please contact me prior to requesting a rush order to confirm availability. Rush fee is an additional $20 per tumbler and will guarantee a 7 day turnaround time. Turnaround time does not include shipping time; it is the time it takes for me to create your custom tumbler and have it ready to ship or pickup. Due to the process required to create a quality product, 7 days is the minimum turnaround time possible.
I do not currently offer a guaranteed RUSH option for custom t-shirt orders due to shipping delays from my suppliers during this health crisis. If you need shirts faster than the standard 2-3 weeks, please contact me. I may be able to accommodate your request.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. If you receive a damaged item I will replace it.
