Production Time
Production time for tee shirts is 10-20 business days except for
Shipping
All tumbler orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. T-shirts are shipped via first class package. Ready to ship items are shipped within 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your package ships. I am not responsible for delays once your package leaves my shop. All packages are fully insured.
Pickup
You may pickup your order when it's ready. I am located in Willcox, AZ. Please choose "Local Pickup" at checkout. I will let you know when your order is ready for pickup. I do not offer delivery or "meet ups" at this time. It is your responsibility to pickup your item within 30 days of completion.
If you choose pickup at checkout and need your order shipped, you will be billed separately for shipping before your order ships. There will be no refunds on orders marked as pickup that actually require shipping.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of my products, all sales are final.
I do not except returns or exchanges unless there is damage to the item. All custom orders will have proofs sent prior to production and approval of the proof constitutes approval of the final item. I do not accept returns or exchanges on T-shirts due to sizing errors. A size chart is always available, please check measurements prior to ordering.
If you receive a damaged item, please take photos of all packaging and the damaged to the item and contact me.
